What people use it for
- 1. Random career-mode starts. Get handed a club rather than picking one. Drawing a mid-table Ligue 1 side makes for a far better save than starting at a superclub.
- 2. Rebuild and road-to-glory challenges. Spin for a starting club, then set your own rules — youth players only, no transfers, promotion in three seasons.
- 3. Head-to-head club draws. Turn on no-repeats and spin twice to assign two different clubs for a friendly or a tournament bracket.
One page, every edition
There is no separate generator per game year here, and that is deliberate. The clubs in the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 are the same clubs the games ship with, so a single up-to-date pool serves every edition — the current EA FC release, the one before it, and the older FIFA titles people still play.
The practical difference between editions is only ever a handful of promoted and relegated sides. If you draw a club your edition doesn't include, spin again — or use the league filter to stay inside a division you know matches your save.

Frequently asked questions
Which EA FC or FIFA edition does this work with?
All of them. The generator draws from the real top-five league clubs, which is the same club pool the games use, so it works whether you're playing the latest EA FC edition or an older FIFA title still installed on your console.
Are these the current squads?
The club list reflects the real 2026-27 season. If you're playing an older edition, a couple of promoted or relegated sides may differ from your game's database — the spin still works, just re-roll if you draw a club your edition doesn't have.
Why isn't MLS included here?
This page covers the five European leagues that players mean by "top five". If you want MLS clubs in the pool, use the soccer team generator instead, which adds all 30 MLS sides.
Does this work for Football Manager too?
Yes. Football Manager draws on the same real clubs, so this works for picking an FM save at random. FM lets you manage far below the top five leagues, though — if you want lower-division sides in the pool, this page won't cover them.
Can I limit it to one league?
Yes. Set the League filter to the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga or Ligue 1 to draw only from that division.
How many clubs are in the pool?
96 clubs — 20 each from the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A, plus 18 each from the Bundesliga and Ligue 1.
